No Piece Left Behind is a puzzle building company.

We build puzzles from wood – not your jigsaw puzzle, but something to exercise your mind. We’re starting out with puzzles built from cubes – Soma Cubes and Pentomino sets.

Right now we’re using domestic hardwoods – maple, cherry, oak, walnut, that sort of thing. We then build boxes to put them in and there’ll be a hint or two on assembly tucked into the bottom of the box.

I (Ken) have always been fascinated by this sort of puzzle and had started doing some spare time work on them, working out how to accurately cut cubes, that sort of thing. Recently my wife had some medical setbacks and was told she couldn’t return to work and we decided to see if we can make a go of building and selling puzzles.
